Quality
Laneko has a fully certified integrated Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety management system aimed at satisfying our customers and ensuring full compliance with their specifications and needs throughout the production process.
Laneko’s quality system is based on a continuous improvement cycle which allows the company to develop policies, establish objectives and processes, and take the necessary steps to improve its performance continually.
We have a laboratory with modern equipment which allows us to ensure the quality of our products for our customers and monitor our raw material supplies and processes.
We currently have the following laboratory equipment:
- Stress strain machine – UTM (60 Ton)
- Charpy pendulum
- Hardness testers
- Optical comparator
- Magnaflux – magnetic particle inspection to detect cracks
- Microhardness tester and accessories
- Microscope
The development of new products, continuous improvement and innovation are also key to Laneko. That is why we collaborate in R&D projects with Universities and Research Centres.

We are able to provide material testing certification at the request of the customer along with the goods. Laneko can provide inspection documents according to EN 10 204: TYPE 2.1, 2.2, 3.1A, 3.1B and 3.1C.
We are also listed as approved suppliers by major industrial groups.
And we are ever ready to obtain any new certification or adapt to any new requirements which our customers ask of us.
We belong to the Association of Manufacturers of Metallic Fixing Elements ASEFI with the quality guarantees that this entails.
