Our more than 50 years of experience have made us a world leader in the design and manufacture of special fasteners for continuous industrial processes or processes conducted in conditions of pressure, temperature, vibration, purulence, abrasion, acidity, corrosion, etc.

We manufacture fasteners for cement with the following characteristics:

  • Bolt diameter: from M20 to M80.
  • Length: up to 1,000 mm.
  • Quality: 5.6, 6.6, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, 14.9
  • Steel: carbon steel, alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel.
  • Types of coating: hot-dip galvanization and electrogalvanization.
  • Types of head: according to standard, drawing or sample. With any type of head (cylindrical DIN792, countersunk, oval, square, Allen, shear, rectangular, T, hammer, hex DIN931, DIN933, etc.)
  • Applications: bolts for quarry machinery, crushers, raw mills, cement mills, cyclone preheaters, clinker rotary kilns, fixture of shields on grill or satellite coolers, elevators, shredders for metal and other products, etc.
